Qurbani 2023 is a stunning and unique top for boys or men, we can also make a ladies' version of this top. Featuring either red on black sleeves or all black the central feature is the beautiful embroidery. No two designs are exactly the same. 

Wakanda Adinkra. TWakanda fuses our classic Adinkra design with a new Wakanda embroidery design. Like our Adinkra DNA you select the Adinkra logo and the sleeves, color and even type of linen to make it your own. 

Malangatana Modern African design honors the great African artist Malangatana (1936 – 2011) by showing the importance of color in the African aesthetic. This stunning top is available for all ages. We can even make it for ladies. It comes with a placket made from bazin, and sleeves and the back made from ramie linen. The pocket and collar are optional. 

Omar ibn Said. Traditional but modern linen with complex rope sheriba — unique to Ocacia. The clean look hides the complexity of the sheriba work. We will offer this top in a variety of colors. This top comes longer than most tops (kurta cut).

Chevalier Traditional but modern linen top with unique green linen and green kente. Inspired by the African Caribbean -French classical musician Joseph Bologne.  Designed to make an impression, this is not subtle it is stunning.

A lot of design work went into how we came about this design avoiding obvious design choices and going for something different. the Kente stripes create symmetry which is echoed by the kente Chinese collar. With black linen sleeves. Available with French cuffs, normal cuffs, no cuffs, short, 3/4 sleeves (pictured), or long sleeves.

Tatum | dedicated to the jazz genius Art Tatum. a mixture of some super rare Kente and black linen mixed with a placket join forces to bring another gem for 2023. This is a clean design for special occasion wear.

Jahiz is named after the Al-Jahiz of the Islamic world. Based on our Tabaski style of embroidery this is a complex embroidery design. Made from mustard-colored linen and comes with a wide range of customizations.

Diaspora| We are the African Diaspora and that says way more about us than saying we are black people. This shirt is to celebrate the unique African culture of the Diaspora that never stopped evolving outside of our Motherland; taking from our Motherland and creating a new African culture. Using a stunning rare red burnt linen mixed with Ghanaian kente accents this shirt pops. Two collars to pick from standard straight and Chinese. No two shirts are the same and every patchwork of Kente fabric on the linen is artistically inspired.

Made with matching jeans and made to create a look you have never seen before. The black linen-based shirt features unique metal hoops and soft quilted fabric creatively blocked into the underlying denim. This creates a beautiful texture and unique look found nowhere else. 

Juneteenth | To commemorate the emancipation from slavery of African Americans. In 2021, Juneteenth became the first new federal holiday since Martin Luther King Jr. Day was adopted in 1983. And when we think of Juneteenth we think of red, and this top is made from some beautiful crease-free red linen decorated with beautiful authentic shwe-shwe from South Africa.
